I have been involved on and off over the years in yoga. Pam’s classes are excellent since she gives lots of individual attention. Fun classes and great instructor.

Near the end of Pam’s class we lie on our mats while Pam goes through relaxing techniques. I get so relaxed after a session that I have been known to fall asleep in class. Now that’s relaxed.
