Class Descriptions – SUMMER 2025

Balance & Stability w/ Weights

Utilizes a chair to do basic yoga movements, stretching, strengthening, and breath work safely without getting up and down off the floor. These classes are active and incorporate core work, standing poses, balance and hand weights. Don’t let the word “chair” fool you! This is a workout that benefits everyone.


Beginner Basic Yoga

A back-to-basics yoga class that will encourage proper alignment and breathing with opportunities to grow your Practice from the ground up. Seasoned practitioners will benefit with offerings for more challenging pose modifications.


Buti Yoga

Moves beyond traditional static yoga poses, incorporating dynamic movements, cardio bursts, and primal movements inspired by tribal dance. All levels class, focusing on specific movements, postures, and flows.


Core Yoga Basics

Learn the basics of yoga along with guided verbal and visual instruction for stretching, core strengthening, balance, and various asana sequences to rejuvenate the body and mind. You will leave each class stronger, more centered, and focused. Suitable for all levels.


Core Yoga & Pilates

An invigorating class where you will work your core, build strength, tap into balance and stretch muscles you may not even know you have. Great for athletes: golfers, runners, hikers, bikers, and racket sport players alike! Get ready to feel alive and calm at the same time. Get a healthy sweat and connect with your mind, body, and soul.


Crystal Bowls Meditation

This class offers amazing talents through Reiki and the beautiful sounds of Crystal Bowls. This meditation focuses on cleansing each chakra through sound vibrations. Pamper yourself with a healing sound bath through vibrational healing.


Dance Fitness

This exercise class offers dance and cardio for a full body workout. You will be guided safely through routines with a wide variety of music and speeds with both high and low intensity of movements attainable for all levels. A fun, judgment-free zone to move, sweat and laugh.


Free Flow

A graceful flow that embodies curiosity, complexity, inquiry, and multiple aspects of deepening strength and flexibility, both inner and outer. This practice injects lightheartedness into multiple corners of your practice giving you an opportunity to explore the layers of your physical and spiritual bodies.


Functional Fitness

Workouts will vary, but they will include different exercises to stimulate your serotonin levels, like creating a bubble bath in the brain. We will increase strength, stamina, and balance through various exercises. There will be accommodations for all fitness levels. Exercises will include weights, body weight, and other equipment.


Hatha Vinyasa

A slower, more traditional form of yoga that incorporates a deeper warm up of anatomically friendly movements and poses based on alignment and personal ability. Poses become incrementally more challenging, allowing the participant to choose how far to work. A slow flow vinyasa or Sun Salutation rounds out a practice that integrates breath, movement and awareness. A light hearted, selfaccepting approach to traditional Iyenger based alignment. If you have trouble keeping up with the flow yoga class, try this one!


Indoor Cycling

A rhythm ride which consists of a full body workout that will leave you feeling strong and toned.


Intermediate Core Yoga

All-levels ancient style yoga class focusing on core and full body strengthening and balance to help everyday activities. Deep stretching will allow for a safe practice.


Myofascial Release Therapy & Restorative

Learn a simple, safe, and effective way to ease tension, unwind, and feel better in your body! You will be guided through a full-body sequence that combines yoga and therapy balls along with hands-on body work rooted in the principles of myofascial release therapy to help you breathe deeper, feel grounded, and move with more awareness. Offered once a month.


Pilates Body Sculpt

This class will hit the entire body. Use your own body weight and hand weights as you strengthen your core and entire body. Taugh by our very own personal trainer! It’s like receiving personal training in a group setting.


Pilates Sculpt

A unique mix of mat work Pilates, strength training and stretching with an emphasis on breath work in a 20:20:20 format. Suitable for all levels. Whether you are looking to sculpt, tone, improve mobility, or boost your endurance.


Power & Restore

Power Restore creatively intertwines a strong Yoga practice that incorporates Restorative Yoga & breath work to increase heart rate variability and improve vagal tone while encouraging homeostasis within the body. Guiding the body to adeptly move between the sympathetic (flight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system in one comprehensive practice. This class will facilitate our incredible human potential for self-regulation and healing.


Rise & Shine

Early morning Vinyasa class that is structured and pays close attention to detail so that you get the full benefits from your practice.


Slow Flow

This is a gentle, meditative, yet challenging flow with mindfully held poses. Find your edge with the awareness of breath & alignment that develops strength, flexibility & balance. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind. Poses are held longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. All levels are welcome.


Spin

Endurance and strength-based class where the focus is aerobic training and increasing the body’s ability to work at steady intensities for longer periods of time.


Spin Fusion

30 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes ab & arm strength.


Strength & Stamina

A combination of strength and cardio, modified to all participants abilities and preferred modalities. Using hand weights and body weights to increase the heart rate with plyometric intervals.


Tai Chi

In the Tai Chi offering, you will lean and “play” the Chinese practices of qigong and Tai Chi. Each weekly 75-minute class moves from a qigong warm up to Yang Style short form of Tai Chi. Instruction involves 38 various movements, review, and ends with a qigong closing. Using a primarily kinesthetic learning and memory resources you will learn one to two movements each class covering moves on to twelve. In the first six classes.


Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga is slow, gentle and adaptive. It is sequenced to bring fresh blood to tender areas without stress or pain. Always working at our pace and from the place of no pain. We begin on the floor with a deep warm up of the spine, hips, and shoulders. Moving to seated and eventually standing postures. Participants are encouraged to work with their body and breath, strengthening core muscles that support our every movement. With humor and grace, we practice acceptance, respect, and radical Ahimsa (nonharming).


Strength & Stamina

A combination of strength and cardio, modified to all participants abilities and preferred modalities. Using hand weights and body weights to increase the heart rate with plyometric intervals.


Unwind & Restorative

A short gentle flow to move and release tension, followed by a deep relaxing stretch to transition into your weekend. Leave feeling more balanced and energetically grounded and centered…


Yin & Restorative

A therapeutic body mind experience that promotes deep rest and relaxation through longer holds and supported poses using a wide variety of props combined with hands on bodywork.


Yogafit

Yogafit is centered around pushing your physical and mental limits, involving all muscle groups to create balance that improves daily activities. The class is held in a peaceful setting to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. Many modifications will be offered making this suitable for all levels.
