Gym hours

We have a full gym that is clean and completely sanitized that includes free weights, full circuit equipment, Matrix & Smith Machines, TRX, Cardio Equipment and more!   Something for everyone. 

Circuit training is the perfect group exercise or you can do it by yourself. It is so simple to use that ANYONE can do it!!!   The beauty of this program is that there are no interruptions in the flow and it is NOT intimidating at all.  There is no need to adjust the equipment because by using fluid dynamics the hydraulics create their own spontaneous adaptive resistance based upon YOU.  If you need to catch your breath, simply slow your pace and push less, want to intensify?  Speed it up and push more. You will get a full workout in under 40 minutes. You can easily burn 300-600+ calories in 30 minutes.  This is a very results driven, fun and effective way to loose weight & inches & keep it off while safely strengthening your muscles.

Our newest addition is the Matrix Machine which is weights and simple to use, there are over 200 exercises that can be done on it!  Receive training with one of our personal trainers; Laura Denison or Pam Swanick

If you’d like to keep track of your progress that is an option as well, if you choose, you are welcome to weigh in periodically, have measurements taken and keep track of your results as you go, this can be extremely beneficial to keep your motivation going!
