Michelle Gill

Michelle, who lives in Ossipee with her husband and 3 daughters, has been teaching Zumba fitness for 10 years and loves helping clients get fit while having fun. The Latin beats of Zumba along with Michelle’s easy to follow moves keep the novice and experienced dancer moving and sweating. In addition to Zumba, Michelle integrates modified strength exercises into all of her classes.

Michelle also has experience as a personal trainer and teaching other group fitness classes. She looks forward to helping you in your health journey and truly believes in the connections between our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Focus on one and it will trickle down to the rest.
