Yoga Studio Reopened as of June 1 2020

It is exciting to know we can safely start doing classes together and take care of our health and well being. Website and Mind Body software are all up to date with the complete schedule.  If anyone needs help with setting up in the MindBody software please email me.

I’d like to remind you that our powerful HVAC system brings clean air into the studio and circulates it so that we are feeling safe.  If for any reason you are not feeling safe, please take your time coming back.  Be assured that we will sanitize before and after each class.

Note that we are not yet able to open the gym & aerobic equipment (treadmills, etc). We hope to be able to open the gym soon, and I will be sure to let you know once it has been cleared.

It is important that to reserve your spot in the yoga studio, as class sizes are limited.  Please remember to bring your own mat, blocks, strap, water, etc. as there will not be any props available at this time. And please exit out of the studio door.

When you sign up for a class and do not show up, unfortunately you will still be charged because of reserving that spot.  If classes become full there will be a wait list.

Tai Chi will resume in the Fall.

No shoes or cel phones in the studio.

Finally, it has been brought to my attention that some of you are having issues with logging into MindBody. This is new for all of us, so be patient.

When you go to Mind Body, if you provided Yoga4Life with your email address when you first joined, you already have an account in MindBody.  Please follow these steps to reset your password instead of creating a new account:

  • Click Book Now for class they want to register for
  • When redirected to MindBody page, click Sign In button
  • Select “need new password” in sign in box
  • Input email address, then next
  • Check email for a link for the password reset
  • once you click on the link, and reset the password, you will be automatically signed in and can go to Classes tab to book class

If this doesn’t work, please contact me and I would be happy to help you.  If you’ve already created a new account (instead of just resetting your password), please let me know so that I can make sure your account isn’t duplicated.
