Jennifer is an experienced and certified group fitness instructor and Personal Trainer as well as a new resident of Wolfeboro. After relocating to Los Angeles from New Jersey in 1993, relocating again to Brisbane Australia in 2016 and starting a family, she has just recently set down in beautiful New England where her extended family resides.
“There have been many big changes in my life, but the one constant since my late teens has been my commitment to fitness and wellness. I get so much satisfaction from disengaging from the world and connecting with my physical self every day through movement. I derive great joy in encouraging and guiding others to do the same. It is my contribution. It feels increasingly vital to our wellbeing as humans in the world we are living in to continue to strive toward health and fitness goals. Jennifer has collectively 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. instructing groups in floor Pilates, indoor cycling, stretch, barre, as well as variations of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). She is a Personal Trainer who takes on men and women of all ages and fitness goals. She holds a Certificate 3 in Group Fitness and a Certificate 4 in Personal Training.
