Ayla Kavanagh

Ayla has 30 years of experience in teaching Group Exercise and Fitness.  Some of the classes that she enjoys teaching are Spin, Body Pump, and Total Body Conditioning. Ayla comes to Yoga4life with a lifetime passion for fitness and health. She believes in finding both physical and mental balance to live life to our fullest.  

Ayla has a masters’ in Sports Psychology and she strives to motivate individuals to their potential. Her goal is for you to walk out of class feeling full of energy and empowered.  Ayla’s philosophy is BALANCE.  Work hard and Play hard!!  

In 2016, Ayla had a recurrence of melanoma.  She was diagnosed with Stage 3E metastatic cancer.  While completing radiation and immunotherapy, Ayla continued to find a way to fit exercise and nutrition into her daily routine.  It became more important than ever that she continue to live a healthy lifestyle.  

Ayla enjoys working with people to help them find their best self and forgiveness for when we can’t.  Finding a balance of exercise, good nutrition and play makes her feel her best.
