Jules’ yoga journey began over 25 years ago when she added vinyasa flow to her training regimen for hockey and other competitive sports. It quickly became clear that while practicing asanas offers physical benefits, the introduction of breathwork (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) to her practices supported mental and emotional fortitude not just on the ice, but in all areas of life.

Now, as a certified yoga instructor with her 200hr E-RYT certification and current enrollment in an Advanced 500hr RYT program, Jules seeks to inspire transformation in body, mind, and spirit through incorporation of asana, pranayama, dhyana in her classes.

When not in the studio, you’ll most likely find Jules paddling lakes and coastlines, or perhaps touching the sky on a NH or ME summit.
