Pam Mott

I am Pamela Mott. I will be completing a 200 YTT, in May 2022. I have been a student of yoga for a decade. I have trained in martial arts, enjoyed kickboxing, and have run crazy obstacle courses. I have experience on the lake with paddleboards and kayaks. I am all about capturing the moment and being comfortable in my body.

I am so grateful to have an opportunity to practice and lead yoga at Yoga 4 Life.  I am a lover of life and have a particular fondness and curiosity for the human experience. I am at home in the woods, on the lake, or in the flowers.  Yoga is the essential catalyst for living my life with joy and presence.

The class framework will be progressive with each member in the room included in some manner. Classes will be suitable for all levels.

Early bird yoga will be gentle, warm, and deep a lovely way to prepare or repair the body. Music will be a thing….a shuffled playlist is a whole lot of fun, Never know what may happen,  There will be breathing and meditation. The focus will be functional, integrative mobility.

I have been practicing in the field of mental well-being since the early 90s.  I have a fascination with the neuroscience behind well-being. More so the application for wellbeing.

I offer sound applications of the science behind well-being to promote safety, self-leadership, self-healing. Yoga is the Science of Life.

I offer individual and group meditation opportunities, as well as writer’s workshops. For more information, please feel free to attend a class and ask questions.
